In collaboration with the Dutton e-Education Institute and the World Campus, Penn State's Department of Geography has offered instructor-led online education for GIS professionals since 1999. Two offerings are available: a Certificate Program in GIS (CPGIS) and a Master of GIS degree program (MGIS).
