THE NORTHEAST ARC USERS GROUP (NEARC) INVITES YOU TO THE LARGEST GIS CONFERENCE IN THE NORTHEAST! Formed in 1986, NEARC is an independent, regional organization that represents users of Esri ArcGIS Geographic Information System (GIS) software in New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The Annual Conference draws over 400 attendees, bringing together the practitioners and users of GIS to get connected, learn from each other, and to gather knowledge on the benefits GIS technology has to offer. EDUCATION HIGHLIGHTS - User presentations showcase the diversity and depth of GIS activity in the northeast region, and highlight the emerging technologies that make our profession so interesting and exciting. - Program tracks address many fields and all levels of expertise, from novice users to experienced analysts, developers and managers. - Vendor Displays offer a wide range of useful products and services. - Esri Technical Workshops and Esri Collaboration Center provide instruction and hands-on exercises using the latest software available. - Keynote Address on Monday: Geospatial BigData by Mansour Raad What is BigData? What is Hadoop ? What is NoSQL ? How does geo-spatial fit in BigData ? This presentation will answer these questions with real life demonstrations of the usage of the ArcGIS stack.
