I use ArcGIS Explorer to map the spatial distribution of 2 regional businesses--Jason's Deli and Culver's. The lesson and data are on: http://edcommunity.esri.com/arclessons/lesson.cfm?id=415. It is so easy yet powerful to geocode by address, or even city and state, in ArcGIS Explorer, and it lends itself to all sorts of spatial analysis possibilities!
